The most striking feature of this gorgeous cat is its beautiful ticked tabby coat, which is medium in length and fine in texture. The Abyssinian cat has a rounded wedge shaped head and expressive gold or green almond shaped eyes. Their ears are large and moderately pointed. The characteristic tabby “M” typically appears on the forehead of this beautiful animal. Four colors for the Abyssinian cat are recognized by the major U.S. breed associations.
